1/4cupsun-dried tomatoes packed in oilfinely chopped (or 1/4 cup roasted Roma tomatoes, mashed)

Instructions
Step 1: Place the mayonnaise in a medium mixing bowl. Stir it briefly to make it smooth and easy to combine with the other ingredients.
Step 2: Add the finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes or mashed roasted Roma tomatoes. Mix thoroughly until the tomatoes are evenly distributed throughout the mayonnaise.
