Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil finely chopped (or 1/4 cup roasted Roma tomatoes, mashed)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice or white wine vinegar
  • 1 to 2 cloves garlic finely minced or pressed
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper or smoked paprika

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Place the mayonnaise in a medium mixing bowl. Stir it briefly to make it smooth and easy to combine with the other ingredients.
  • Step 2: Add the finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes or mashed roasted Roma tomatoes. Mix thoroughly until the tomatoes are evenly distributed throughout the mayonnaise.
  • Step 3: Add the minced garlic and lemon juice. Stir well so the garlic and citrus flavor blend evenly into the sauce.
  • Step 4: Season with salt and cayenne pepper or smoked paprika. Mix until all ingredients are fully combined and the sauce becomes creamy and uniform.
  • Step 5: Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to develop.
