Equipment

  • Cutting board
  • Sharp knife
  • Measuring Cups
  • Measuring spoons
  • Blender
  • Fine mesh strainer
  • Pitcher
  • Serving glasses

Ingredients

  • 8 cups cubed seedless watermelon about 1,200 g
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ginger juice about 2 g
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice 30 ml / 30 g

Instructions

  • Step 1: Add the cubed watermelon to a blender. Blend until the watermelon becomes completely smooth and turns into fresh, juicy liquid with no large chunks remaining.
  • Step 2: Pour in the fresh lime juice and ginger juice. Blend briefly once more so the flavors are evenly mixed throughout the drink.
  • Step 3: If you prefer a smoother texture, strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large pitcher. This will remove any pulp. For a thicker, more natural juice, you can skip the straining step.
  • Step 4: Pour the finished watermelon juice into serving glasses. Serve immediately for the freshest flavor, or chill in the refrigerator before serving. You can also add a few ice cubes to make the drink extra cold and refreshing.
