Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup White vinegar
  • ¼ cup Water
  • ¼ cup White or brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon White pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan, combine the white vinegar and water. Place the pan over medium heat.
  • Add the sugar and stir continuously until it has completely dissolved into the liquid.
  • Mix in the chili powder, black pepper, and white pepper, stirring well to ensure the spices are evenly distributed.
  • Allow the mixture to come to a gentle simmer. Let it cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally so the flavors blend together.
  • Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the sauce cool completely. Once cooled, pour it into a clean jar or airtight container and store it in the refrigerator until needed.
